Guidelines for submitting electronic files:

Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .tiff, .jpg, .pdf) 300 dpi or higher resolution.
No Low Rez. 72 dpi web graphics!

File Preparation
Vector art is required with ALL Fonts Outlined
Line art saved as an Illustrator document.
Spot Colors – Specify Pantone “C” Coated or “U” Uncoated spot colors for all match products.
For Napkins, Coasters and All other Paper Products Specify PMS “U” uncoated spot colors only.
Napkins and paper bags cannot be printed four color process.

Supporting files
Original files (for placed images) must be included.
Do not embed images.

Scanned images
Please send unaltered, high resolution CMYK .tif or .jpg images.
Images should be 300 dpi or higher.
Halftone or photographic images need to be adjusted or converted into line art by our Art Department, and may require additional simplification to make them suitable for napkin or placemat printing.
Do not flatten layers on Photoshop images.

Please convert type to outlines whenever possible.
Submit font files along with artwork if type has not been converted to outlines.
